About This Lodge
Only cabin on the lake — Complete privacy
A British Columbia fly-in only destination for float and wheel plane owners, established in 1963 by Carlo Parisotto. It is a self-sufficient, housekeeping-style stay with cozy cabins, boats, hiking trails and trout fishing. Guests cook for themselves and bring their own food, sleeping bag and pillow, wash cloth and towel. The lodge is a stop on the northern route (the "Trench") between southern B.C. and the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Alaska. It is a mountain valley setting with wildlife such as moose wandering through camp. Wheel planes must make special prior arrangements because of runway conditions and distance from camp. Those without an aircraft can use air charter companies, with prior arrangements made with the charter company and camp operators.
