Outstanding family experience at the World Class Arctic Lodge!
We went to Arctic Lodge with 3 generations: some of our adult children, my wife and I, and in-laws. The staff, facilities, dining, and fishing at Arctic Lodge are all absolutely amazing! Although the fishing itself is incredible, I cannot say enough how accommodating everyone was with us for varying dietary needs, health restrictions, and challenges related to advancing years of my in-laws. They went as far as providing an additional guide on the last day of fishing to bring my mother-in-law on a boat to meet us 40 minutes out on the lake to have lunch shore lunch with us and enjoy the afternoon with us as we fish. The guide even hooked a pike so she would have the experience of reeling it in! We cannot say enough about Arctic Lodge - simply the best fishing and wilderness experience in the world!

Excellent fishing in beautiful surroundings. Good accommodations and first class dining. Knowledgeable guides and friendly staff. Owned and operated by experienced Canadian family. Wildlife often sighted - bear, woodland caribou, eagles etc.

I've been visiting Arctic Lodges for the past few years and will be returning again in June. My friend had been telling me about Arctic Lodges for some time, relaying typical fisherman stories about incredible fishing and great food. After my first visit I told my friend his stories did not do the place justice. I have never fished anywhere that had the variety, abundance and quality of the fishing as I experienced on Reindeer Lake. The remoteness of the lodge adds to its unique charm and exclusivity. One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the absolutely phenomenal food. The accommodations at Arctic Lodges strike a perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort.

Excellent Return Trip to ArcticLodges
I took my son for a return visit to ArcticLodges on Reindeer Lake for a 4 day trip late June 2024. We had gone late June 2022 and had a great time... the fishing, the food, the hospitality were all terrific then and enjoyed just as much on our 2024 return trip. The cabins are comfortable...with excellent quilts on the beds. We caught nice lake trout (no giants 2024 but several on earlier trips), pike over 40" on the fly rod, grayling on the fly rod. My son even caught a lake trout on the fly rod from shore while we were enjoying a shore lunch. The boats have comfortable seating and handle rougher water just fine. Guides are excellent. And the information package provided to clients, including detailed email updates regarding arrangements for flying out of Saskatoon are thorough and appreciated. Another excellent trip at ArcticLodges.

Arctic Lodge is more than well worth the trip
I returned to Arctic Lodges for the 6th time in late August of 2023 after a few years off. I usually went in early July previously for trophy trout that kept my lines tight in the early season. However, I was completely enamoured by the aggressive pike action late in the season. The stay at arctic lodge was once again way beyond my expectations when it came to food, service, and trophy fishing.

Amazing adventure!
My 3 adult children and I just shared an experience of a lifetime! We caught fish! Boy did we catch fish! Each one of our four days fishing just got better and better! The staff at Arctic Lodges took care of everything - so we could just eat, sleep and fish! The cabins are clean, comfortable and cozy. The boats are comfortable and efficient. The food is excellent! Shore lunch is quite a treat! Our guides were professional, extremely knowledgeable, flexible and fun. Plan a trip and go!

Amazing fishing lodge with trophy fish that you have to go!
Got the opportunity to repeat a trip with my dad to Arctic Lodges. We first visited in 2018. Kelly, Andrea and the staff along with the huge northern pike exceeded our expectations yet again. Over 4 days, we landed 7 pike over 40 inches including 2 that went 45 inches. The cabins are rustic, but very clean and well kept. Where Arctic Lodges separates themselves is the service. The food is wonderful. Every dinner is 4 course. Our guide Peter was absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a lodge with outstanding service and opportunities to catch world class fish, Arctic Lodges is your place!

Daughter/father Arctic Lodges Experience
My daughter and I just returned from our adventure with Arctic Lodges. We were treated like royalty, the meals were superb, the place was peaceful and quiet. And we caught fish—a lot of them, some (very) big. Our guide, Zach, was knowledgeable, informative, and accommodating. He cooked terrific lakeside lunches from the fish we caught in the morning. Finally, they made us feel like family. And they made us feel like it was genuine.

Incredible fishing experience
My wife and I just returned from one of the best trips of our life - Arctic Lodges an amazing place - wild, beautiful, yet peaceful, with incredible fishing, Reindeer Lake is a treasure - caught well over 200 Northern Pike over 30 inches - many over 40! Gourmet food, excellent accommodations, skilled guides and a helpful, friendly, fantastic staff - incredible attention to all details combined to make a superb trip. I was there 61 years ago with my Dad - hope to bring some kids and grand kids next time. We will be back!

World Class Fishing Trip
My young son, brother, and I had the opportunity to fish and stay at the Arctic Lodge on Reindeer Lake in July 2022. The fishing was absolutely unbelievable. Grayling, Walleye, and Lake Trout were big and plentiful... but my focus was on 40 plus inch Northern Pike. We caught multiple fish over 40"! The cabins and lodge were rustic but very nice... and food were truly first class. The guides were professional and hard working... and made the best shore lunches I have ever had.

Best guide and a wonderful experience.
My son and I traveled to Arctic Lodges for a fishing trip in late July. The accommodations and cuisine were everything we hoped to find. The staff was remarkably friendly and attentive. Our guide Zach was nothing short of incredible! He was responsive to our goals and so knowledgeable of lake I am in awe. My son boated six trophy pike in three and a half days and we were never without action. I have never had a finer guide - period.

In addition to extremely good fishing, excellent boats and guides the Arctic Lodges provides an extremely good food menu provided by a chef who is on site. The owners and staff are very friendly and it is clear from the moment you arrive that they actually care about their guests and genuinely want their guests to have the best experience possible. Amazing Fishing Experience!
Just got back from my trip to Arctic Lodges June 20th to June 24th. Caught the Grand Slam on fish - Northern Pike, Walleye, Lake Trout and Arctic Grayling. In the 4 days of fishing we caught over 300 fish and many big ones. The largest fish was a 46" pike with another at 45" - catching 2 fish of a lifetime in same trip is simply amazing. Easily caught over 100 pike over 34 inches in 4 days.

First Class Fly Fishing Experience
My wife and I just returned from a four-day trip to explore Reindeer Lake and Arctic Lodges as a fly fishing destination. What a great experience. Scenic beauty, wildlife, great accommodation, world class food, shore lunches (a true Canadian wilderness experience) and lots of large willing fish to challenge anyone. Northern pike, lake trout, grayling, lake whitefish and walleye all available for the fly fisher to pursue.

I have picked a fishing location in Canada for 6 guys every summer for the last 25 years. Arctic has clean cabins, good food and very nice staff. However the fishing quality is almost entirely based upon the guide you get. Some people caught many northerns over 40 inches while some others caught just a few small northerns. We were there for 3 full days and one half day. There is no four day trip despite what they say. Our last day we spent 6 hours driving around in the boat and 2 hours fishing. When I said something to management they could have cared less. Water, soda and alcohol are very expensive. The place does have potential but the fishing is not in same class as Wollaston lake lodge to the north. (Owner responded Jan 2018 disputing the bar pricing and the first-day schedule.)

The fishing was amazing, staff was great and always willing to go the extra mile. Super happy with it. I'm a avid sportsman and it was still way better fishing than I've ever seen. And the food; better than I could ever do.

Trip of a lifetime
Incredible experience. I was expecting an extremely rustic experience and I was wrong. The fishing is obviously incredible, my wife and I are not exactly amazing fisher-people and we probably caught ~50 large fish a day. The staff works really hard to get on a first name basis quickly and is incredibly accommodating. Our guide was great and had decades of experience on reindeer lake, was funny and made a great shore lunch every day. Breakfast and dinner were also top notch. The lodge is a great gathering spot and the rooms have hot water, toilets, fresh towels and sheets daily.

Kelly and the staff are great! Very accommodating and everything is well done. The food is spectacular, great variety and exquisitely prepared. You will defiantly eat too much. The fishing is great and Gorge is a great guide! Beautiful lodge and lake.

Great Place
Arctic Lodges is a great experience. Lots and lots of big pike. I've been there twice now and between my partner and I we have boated over northern over 40" for 8 days of fishing and hundreds of smaller fish. The lodge self is beautiful and very comfy. The cabins themselves are rustic which I enjoy. The food is very good and the staff is awesome. Kelly and Andrea do a great job making sure that their guests have a great time. This is now an annual trip for me!

Trophy Saskatchewan Fishing at it's Best!
Arctic Lodges offers some of the best trophy fishing in Saskatchewan. Our group has landed trophy lake trout, 40+ inch pike and large arctic grayling on all our trips to Arctic Lodges. The guides know the lake well and are motivated to put fisherman onto the "big ones." Shore lunches are a northern experience the guides expertly prepare. The meals at the lodge can be summed up as "a culinary experience". The hosts Kelly and Andrea make every effort to insure our fishing adventure will be life long memory.

Canada Fishing Paradise
My wife and I spent opening week at Arctic Lodges this past June. The lodge had the best food at any lodge I went to this year and we went to 5 other lodges in Canada, Alaska and Eastern Russia. This lodge is set up ideally for couples or families. Both the guides and fishing are first rate. My wife and I caught tons of lake trout, pike, walleye and grayling. If you are targeting "huge" northern pike, this lodge is the place to go. The boats are the best I have ever used in Canada with raised casting platforms making it easy to fly fish for pike.

Anniversary Trip ...
Bob & I had the most wonderful 5 day mini holiday at Arctic Lodges. The place is extremely remote and not only did we enjoy the flight but once we landed the place was magic. The staff were all out to greet us & a scrumptious brunch was laid out by the Chef. Our private little cabin was rustic but spotlessly clean & tidy with a hand made anniversary card & a bottle of bubbly on the table. Our guide was George & what a gentleman. We did catch our share of fish, some of which George prepared for shore lunches.

Sixth trip and Counting
If you like fishing, wonderful scenery, great shore lunches and top quality meals at the lodge you really should plan a trip to Arctic Lodges. My two sons and I have made the trip six out of the last seven years travelling from Chicago. Last year we caught and released several trophy pike including a 48" and 45". With over 5000 islands the scenery is really beautiful on Reindeer Lake. The boats are very comfortable. Log cabins for the guests are comfortable. Breakfasts and dinners have been very good every year. Andrea and Kelly really do try to make everyone's trip memorable.

Amazing Fishing Trip
We booked the trip for 32 customers from Western Canada. The trip was so amazing we booked again. Everything was perfect. The food was fabulous. The fishing was really good lots of 40 plus Northerns. I went with a group in July of 2019. We had great fishing and enjoyed the company of our guide Peter. They have tremendous knowledge of the lake and all the hot spots. Camp Fires and gourmet dinner every day as well. A great place for a business retreat.

Everything we wanted and more than we could imagine
This was a birthday trip for my husband, an avid fisherman. I went along for the scenery, and hoped I would be able to keep up with the fishing. Our fishing guide, Peter was so helpful and kind, and I caught a lot of fish, and amazingly enough, I caught the fishing bug as well. Beautiful lodge, food was incredible, the staff is maximum in efficiency and graciousness. Thanks to Kelly, Andrea, Ryan, Peter and all the great staff for a trip to remember!

What an excellent week at Arctic Lodges on Reindeer Lake, Saskatchewan. We caught too many Northern pike to count. Most over 35 inches and my personal best of 41.5. We caught arctic Grayling and lake trout as well. Our guide Luca was absolutely the best and his shore lunch pike was awesome. The staff at Arctic Lodge is amazing. This place has a wonderful upbeat culture on the 21st largest freshwater lake in the world. The fishing is every bit as advertised. The food itself is pretty much worth the trip on its own. The boats and tackle are top end. The knowledge of the guides for all times of the fishing season and weather types is exceptional. I have been here a few times over the years. Each time our group visits they have made many upgrades and investments into the lodge. The staff are knowledgable, courteous and accommodating. Food was excellent, even without taking into account how hard it must be to get ingredients and produce flown in. Guides are very patient and good at what they do. The experienced ones knew the lake like the back of their hand. Highly recommended. If you like fishing for pike, this is a trip of a lifetime.

Have been on several adventure fly fishing trips. Staff and accommodations were great. Some new cabins and some more rustic, wood fired hot tubs and staff committed to making guests comfortable and experience stress-free. Special shout out to guide Zach Dunning. I have fished Saskatchewan multiple times and Zach was the most knowledgeable fly fishing guide I have met in this region even guiding me to a grand slam (Northern pike, Lake trout, Grayling and walleye) on fly!

Best fishing ever!
My first trip to reindeer lake. I have been fishing Canada for 40 years and never seen anything like it. Our guide, Daniel, found a lake trout hole and we caught more than 80 lakers in about 4 hours. We couldn't even eat the fishing was so strong. Additionally, the staff were among the best and the chef was outstanding. If you like pike and trout, try Arctic Lodges! Reindeer lake is big but has a lot of bays and island that make it easy to fish. Worth every penny.

I have been going to Arctic Lodges annually for over 5 years. One of the best fishing experiences I have each year. Always catch numerous trophy Norther Pike. The lodging is first class, food and service off the chart. Have been blessed to take my grandson with me the last two years and created numerous memories we both cherish. Phenomenal experience - so many great memories from our trip to Arctic Lodges this late summer; Gorgeous lodge setting in the midst of a pristine wilderness. We caught countless pike with many trophy fish landed. Our guide Zach is skilled, thoughtful, energetic, knowledgeable and kind - best of the best. First time fisher, long time fan of Artic Lodges
As a non-fisherman I went along for an adventure with friends. The guides were encouraging and great teachers as I learned to catch these monsters. In the end I had a great time, I caught 84 pike including this 47 inch monster, and am going back next year to experience the four days all over again.
