About This Outpost
A remote wilderness outpost cabin on McCrea Lake, accessible by boat from the main lodge with a short portage. A true wilderness cabin with outdoor plumbing. Equipped with a four-burner propane stove with oven, electric refrigerator, freezer, electric lights, and a wood stove for heat. Guests must bring their own sleeping bag and pillow. Self-guided housekeeping.
Lake Information
McCrea Lake is a deep, remote lake fed by three rivers. It features rocky reefs and long sandbars that gradually descend into deep water. Tremendous for walleye, northern pike, and the occasional lake trout. Accessible only by boat from main lodge with a portage.
